after the lamest conference yet, i now find myself stuck in the Syracuse airport. the battery on my car died. called triple a. two hour wait.
if there is a bright spot here, it’s that i had some spice in the car. i now find myself high, eating stale pizza and an unripe banana with a Heineken. two baggage checkers sit on couches just next my table, on break and glued to a tv, to a Tea Party propaganda event on CNN. what can be done? i think i’ll watch Inland Empire, the David Lynch film (check out Wild at Heart again, if you haven’t seen it lately).
these days, my 3 year old son, James, asks to watch this about 6 times a day. he calls it The Bangin’ Video.
